PACT is open-source and the community is welcome to make suggestions, file for bugs or contribute to the project. You can visit the website on the side, that will take you to the repository of the project.
PACT is a powerful tool that does not limit you. It allows you to set priorities and affinities as you will. If configured wrong, it can lead to worse performance, use it's advanced features with caution. PACT offers performance gains by automating things already present on your system, primarily the process priority and affinity controls found in the task manager. Processes that run at the SYSTEM level or KERNEL level may or may not be accessible to PACT, this can include Easy Anti Cheat.
