Antipsychotic now supports DLSS, which is activated via its in-game menu by pressing Escape. The game is now free for all to play in the hopes this experience will spread mental health awareness. Antipsychotic supports up to 7.1 surround sound (capable sound card required). Antipsychotic supports the Xbox controller with newly re-tooled haptic responses. Xbox controller does not work in the settings menu, only in game.
