Broken Tape is a narrative-driven first person walking simulator with the elements of psychological horror, where you take the role of a test subject in a big organization created to find, study and deal with anomalies. You were tasked with a job to locate and eliminate anomalies in a series of old unknown tapes, containing more inside of them than meets an eye.
Forget your origin. Forget everything you knew before this day. You have a job. You have a task. A duty to humanity that must be fulfilled.
Go through each tape and do your best to spot something out of the ordinary. And if you do, don't be so quick to run away – you yet have to neutralize it. But be careful - some anomalies might be not so easy to find. Remember - Anomaly Fighting Foundation® has no responsibility for any possible injuries that may occur as a result of Anomaly Research.
Every second spent inside gives researchers a little more information about what these old, mysterious videotapes actually are.
