TROUBLE COMES TO HOPE BAY

Then a gangster on the run from the police slips into the community and hides in plain sight, and some of the people meant to protect Hope Bay are looking the other way.

In Hope Bay, nobody likes an informer. So Arlinton has to be smarter than that: listen, ask the right questions, gather the proof and let the truth come out on its own, without ever snitching.
