Home Before Winter is a World War I inspired turn-based strategy game where armies clash for control of the map. Mobilize your troops, conquer enemy territory, and prepare for counter offensives as the battle for dominance unfolds.

Turns are broken into three phases:

• Phase 1: Place units on your territories • Phase 2: Attack neighboring territories and capture regions • Phase 3: Move units to strengthen your strategic positions

After each round, players enter a shooter mini game. Soldiers that break through become rebels and attack you, automatically changing control of the map.
