Blow things up until you manage to get out of the place. Some rooms contain missiles. When collected you can blow things up, or you can leave them be and not blow things up. There is no time when you shouldn't be blowing things up. Unfortunately, these can't be repaired by blowing them up, but you can still shoot them, or blow them up anyway.
