A serial killer known to the press as "Der Kannibale" has been butchering and feasting on its victims while leaving Bavarian clues at every crime scene, like German Oktoberfest beer. The FBI is on the scene to hunt down the cannibal, while local police are helpless and overwhelmed by the increasing brutality of psychotic vagrants. As FBI Field Photographer Thomas Greene, you do not carry a gun and need whatever weapon you can find to stay alive and get the job done. Grab a two-by-four, pipe, fire axe, shovel, brick, beer bottle, or whatever you can from the environment around you. Your main assignment is to document the violent crimes committed by "Der Kannibale" with your field camera. Corpses are usually mutilated, beheaded, and gutted. Take the perfect shot at the right angle and get the job done.

Explore the streets and abandoned buildings in Hell City and make your way to the different interconnected parts of the crime scene sealed off by the local police.

Meaningful conversations with police officers and drug dealers. Befriending NPCs will open up more opportunities in your future investigations.
