Kaeru Meisekimu Ghost in the Brain is a psychological horror game set in a world of madness.

Use your special abilities to survive terrifying encounters with monstrous, otherworldly beings.

■Keyhole Peeking

Keyhole peeking lets you gain a one-sided view of the hallway and track enemy movements.

It reduces the risk of being attacked the moment you exit a room,

but some enemies may exploit the moment you're peeking to close the distance unnoticed.

Remain vigilant at all times.

■A World of Mad Memories

Within your reconstructed memories lurk horrors beyond imagination:

giant-eyed creatures, the ghost of a drowned girl,

a butterfly specimen with a girl’s head, and even a flying arowana.

Solve twisted puzzles and gather fragments of memory

while evading these abominations.
