Game mechanics

Wisps of the Elements is a turn-based, grid-based, roguelite. Each element has a special effect: Fire and Stone aim at controlling the board, while Air and Water get bonuses and penalties depending on the tide cycle.

Enemies are matched at random, ensuring that each group of opponents is unique. With every expedition comes a new choice of spells; build powerful synergies or you'll be easily countered. Will you be outsmarted by an AI?

Wisps of the Elements is difficult by design. There is no xp nor equipment to increase your stats - only your logic and knowledge of the game. The enemies all have unique abilities, and an AI smart enough to use them in synergy. So… still interested?
