Games Like Blood Lust

In the 1700s, Jonhatan Sauvage, a powerful, megalomaniac lord, made a pact with the devil. This pact allows him to summon powerful creatures born of dangerous rumors running through his lands, but consuming his soul. With his people terrorized, he and his mercenaries come to their rescue, winning gold and glory in the process.

Blood Lust is a student project created by a team of 17 students in their 2nd year at the Interactive Art and Design school from Montpellier. The purpose was to create a Brawl Stars-like game in around 3 months, inspired by “Highwaymen” in a stylized theme. 7 environmental / props artists, 3 chara designers and 7 game designers / level designers / gameplay programmer / sound designers / quality assurance. It was decided to speed up the game and add unique mechanics to each map. The game uses the steam network to allow players from all over the world to fight against each other.
