Freely explore the entire island, buy or steal items from shops, purchase houses to store more vehicles and have a better fortress to defend when taking refuge from law enforcement. All buildings are destructible, break into secured rooms and destroy safes for higher value loot. Buy and upgrade cars. Customize clothing.
