A message as been sent by site personnel that the facility is confirmed lost. All containment efforts by on site security personnel have failed, and the mutations have overwhelmed every sector. The situation has deteriorated beyond any hope of recovery, with the facility now completely overrun by the transformed personnel.

All publicly known forces have been officially withdrawn, and all their operations are now focused on quarantine and containment of the surrounding area. No further attempts to reclaim the facility are authorized by said forces. The facility is now classified as a no-go zone. Complete loss has been acknowledged, and the site is to be considered a permanent hazard. Any surviving personnel within the facility are to be deemed compromised and are not to be approached under any circumstances. All records pertaining to the incident are classified under ESEAL Directive █████████ and are to be sealed until further notice.

The ESEAL force will be deployed to recover any remaining data and conduct a reconnaissance mission within the compromised facility.
