Ofelia wakes up worried in her bed, after a bad nightmare that looked so real! Her twin sister Amelia is tortured by an obscure shadow that seems taking away her life essence. Amelia has really disappeared and a dark trail on the floor brings Ofelia in the dusty attic. Noone went up there since a long time, the attic is full of old furnitures and boxes, but is a strange book that catches her attention: could it be the way to find Amelia?
