Games Like Creature Sim

The game is called Creature Sim and has been in development for about 8 or more years.

Creature Sim, a game about creativity and evolution. Creature Sim simulates evolution starting from Cell to fully developed complexed Creatures.

Start off as a tiny cell as you fight for survival against other tidepool adventurers until you finally evolve

into a more complete small but ambitious Aquatic type creature where now, you have to play in a field with much much bigger sea creatures.

Survival in these parts wont be easy but gets easier as you evolve. You'll evolve based off the environment, the food you digest, the actions you make, and the exposure to the underwater elements and biomes.

You either conquer the sea's or at least survive and escape!

This leads to land. Where all the big and intelligent creatures thrive. Your creature will evolve into a temporary amphibious creature type where your next chose determines your creatures entire future. wherever you decide to have your first offspring will determine your fate.

Some creatures give birth using their own body, some can lay eggs, others by sprouting Spores.

Your first decision as to where you decide to give birth is very important. While in your temp state, if you decide to give birth while on land, your creature will become a land creature that requires oxygen and vise versa, giving birth in the oceans will make you an Aquatic type creature. There is of course a way to remain an amphibious creature, but as long as you are in the earlier stage, you'll be able to change back and forth.

As you may have noticed, you can give birth in the sea or on land. This is the entire segment from Cell, all the way to a complexed creature within one gameplay mode instead of being divided into small mini games. You'll grow from Cell, to Aquatic all the way to a Complexed Creature in one fully developed phase, (The Evolution Phase) Simulating evolution without breaking emersion.

Features

Explore entirely destructible worlds! Dig into the environment, make tunnels, underground cave systems, hidden holes in the ground and more!

Climb trees- creatures can climb certain trees and even nest in them

Nesting- Creatures have the ability to nest/make a home almost anywhere and their herd or companions will follow them and protect that location. You'll also be able to add small primitive decorations and traps.

Dragging Creatures- defeating a creature then gives you the ability to drag the carcass anywhere you want, this way you wont have to compete against other foes for your prize.

Traits- You'll be able to choose or change so many of your creatures traits like their behavior (Hostile, Neutral, Cowardly)

Hostile creatures will attack on site. Neutral will welcome you but still watch you Cowardly, creatures will flee but fight when cornered

Creature Type- Does your creature roam in packs, is it a nesting type, are you a nomadic creature type etc etc.

Each of these features will determine how you play the phase and how your creatures will play when they are npc's.

Dimorphism- allowing you to choose how your creatures exist

Survival- Creatures require consumable resources to thrive, others, not so much. Some require food and liquids, while others simply requires elements to survive.

Meet tons of other creatures created by other players! Discover new environments/biomes and learn to adapt to said biomes changing your creature genetic DNA in the process giving them new abilities and evolution features and much much more!!

This is the first phase, this is the phase your creatures body and natural abilities will evolve from. This is the Evolution Phase. From Cell, to Aquatic, all the way up to complexed creatures.

This is The Evolution Phase. As well it comes with an advanced Cell/Aquatic/Creature Editor. As you evolve you'll unlock more and more of the Creature Creator until the end of the Evolution phase, when you unlock the full creature creator's potential, allowing players the ability to create anything they can imagine using officially Created Creature Sim parts and textures, all created by an advanced team of hired developers over the span of 7+ years.

The Creature Creator features more than 300 Parts and 1000 textures to choose from with all the basic features such as scale, rotate, toggle symmetry, etc, but it comes with tons more features that makes it truly advanced like

-Choose Your body type at start -Eyes being placed in eye lids -Category set of wings and shells -Advanced Spinal System, Skeleton System. Create cool unique weirdly shaped creatures -Single part painting -True real time painting system. Actually paint your creatures with a paint brush.
