About Den-Den: Tokyo Horror

Den-Den: Tokyo Horror is a J-horror RPG where every choice carries the weight of human lives.

Japan’s birthrate has collapsed. The elderly now outnumber the young three to one, and Tokyo is dying. A brutal geopolitical blockade has cut off food, medicine, and power. Society is unraveling and violent crime is on the rise.

You play as a caregiver whose job is to keep the neglected elders alive for one night. The only problem: there aren't enough supplies for everyone. How many of them will still be alive when the sun rises?

Welcome to Den-Den: Tokyo Horror. There is no happy ending to this story.
