You can buy (buying here means using in-game currency) or train mounts that enable faster travel either on land or in air. You can buy or build ships that let you go further on water than just swimming. (According to rumors there is a certain kind of turtle you can also train for this purpose) Each of the game's 26 skills can be leveled up either at a more relaxed pace or alternatively with a higher efficiency using the game's burst bar mechanic.

The game utilizes a simple to get started with, complex to master combat system that involves mechanics like: ground elevation, damage delivery type and elemental types. Every match up one faces has a lot of room to theory craft about the best in slot gear!
