Your role is to be the surgical assistant of an unusual surgeon: a blindfolded man terrified of the mythological creatures he must operate on. During each surgery, you’ll need to respond quickly to his demands. Hand him over tools, keep the cryptid’s vitals stable, and even fulfill absurd requests far beyond medical logic. Your actions, or lack of them, can shape the outcome of the procedure.

Change the music, check the shelves, disinfect tools, or even enjoy a can of orange soda or pop a mystery pill in this curious surgical setup.

Your choices shape the narrative, changing the dialogue, and multiple endings.
