Games Like Unsung Heroes 1898

Unsung Heroes 1898 is a first-person shooter set during the overlooked yet pivotal Spanish-American War. Engage in large-scale, dynamic battles across the Philippines, Cuba, and Puerto Rico — where history can be relived or rewritten. Step into the boots of any soldier on the field and experience this forgotten chapter of warfare from a bold new perspective.

The Battlefield is Yours — Be Anyone.

Take control of the battlefield with Combatant Shift — a dynamic mechanic that lets you seamlessly swap between any allied infantry, officer, or artillery crew at any moment. Every unit brings its own strengths, weaknesses, and tactical role. Victory doesn't belong to a single hero — it takes a full army, and you're in command of them all.

Open-Ended Battles — Command Your War

Each battlefield is chaotic, unforgiving, and fully in your hands. Choose your strategies and lead the charge from the ground, adapting in real time as the tide of war shifts around you. With non-linear objectives and full tactical freedom, victory is never handed to you. You'll have to earn it.

Truth in Every Trigger. History in Every Step.

Every weapon, uniform, and battle in Unsung Heroes 1898 is crafted with care and historical precision — built from real-world references to bring this overlooked war to life. Fight through faithfully recreated battles, or slow things down in Museum Mode, an interactive space where you can explore artifacts and stories from the war. Whether you're here to engage or to learn, this is history like you've never played it before.
