In Stray Company, you take on the role of a young Italian lieutenant leading a small group of survivors from the Acqui Division, stranded behind enemy lines after the 1943 armistice. Isolated and without orders, you must fight a lonely war as you make your way north through occupied Italy in a desperate attempt to reach freedom.

Command a squad of soldiers, each with their own story, voice, and an unsent letter to their loved ones. Every mission requires difficult choices: who goes to the front, who stays behind, who must be sacrificed so others can survive. When a soldier dies, they are gone for good — their farewell marked by a powerful cutscene where their final letter is read aloud, as if found after the war.
