Bulletail combines classic Snake gameplay with intense bullet-hell combat in a truly unique roguelike experience. Every shot costs precious tail length — eat bullets to grow stronger, but shoot too much and you’ll shrink!

Core Mechanics

Snake Movement: Classic WASD controls — don’t hit yourself!

•

Unlimited Ammo System: Your snake’s length IS your ammunition.

•

Risk vs Reward: Eat bullets to grow (+1 segment = +10 ammo), but shooting costs ammo (10 shots = −1 segment).

•

Progressive Damage: Each enemy hit removes more segments than the last.

•

Instant Death: Run out of ammo OR hit yourself = immediate game over.

Combat Features

8 Enemy Types: From Basics to Teleporters, Snipers, and Shield Carriers.

•

Epic Boss Battles: 3 legendary bosses every 10 waves.

•

10 Temporary Powerups: Speed Boost, Invincibility, Rapid Fire, Time Slow, Ghost Mode, and more.

•

8 Permanent Upgrades: Damage, Fire Rate, Durability, Speed — choose 1 after each wave.

Strategic Depth

Balance aggressive combat with conservative ammo management. Early hits are recoverable, but consecutive hits become devastating. Choose upgrades to craft unique builds and dominate later waves!
