You are the Emberbearer: Channel inner flames through a branching power path that will give you the extra ability you need to prevent the full-force blaze from burning this world to ashes.

Permadeath: It's the only permanence, only ashes are left anyway.
The Pit is the first dungeon

When heated, the Pit's flames will eat at everything, flattening regions to ashes.

When a region is lost it becomes prey to a more sinister, darker corruption.
•
If you ascend victorious from the Pit you should have the skill and spirit necessary to navigate a big overworld and take on the other 3 dungeons.
