Each decision shapes what your business becomes. Each worker has unique traits, and you can produce meals harvested from your farm to feed them. Each meal provides a different boost. Meals are not mandatory, you can let your workers go hungry, but they'll be less efficient. Workers will not die of starvation, so there's no overwhelming pressure.
