Decide the fate of Orcania

Years ago, a huge meteorite struck Orcania, near the city of Grinjil. The government covered up the event and militarized the impact zone, prohibiting access. A year later, tycoon Hugh Powell staged a coup and unleashed a war in Grinjil. His forces, superior in numbers and technology, won after a devastating battle: the city was left in ruins, thousands were killed, and the royal family was captured and publicly executed. Powell proclaimed himself president and imposed a dictatorship that, although many accept with resignation, is still resisted by numerous rebel groups, such as the protagonists of this story.
