Hauntrap is an asymmetric multiplayer horror game where one player-controlled monster hunts down a team of survivors trapped inside an experimental facility. No predictable AI. No scripted jumpscares. Your enemy thinks, adapts… and chases you.
Work together, repair the fuses, and escape through the main gate — but be warned: placing the final fuse triggers the Hunt Phase, turning the monster into a ruthless predator with increased speed and tracking power.
🧟 PLAY AS ONE OF SIX UNIQUE MONSTERS
Each monster has its own playstyle, strengths, and terrifying abilities:

Tracker – Reveals survivor positions for a short period
•
Brute – High speed and massive damage, knocks down survivors instantly

Shade – Turns invisible and ambushes unsuspecting players
•
Mimic – Disguises as any survivor and blends into the team
•
Disruptor – Darkens the level and disables survivor flashlights
•
Toxic – Spreads dangerous gas that follows survivor paths
Every ability has its own cooldown, making each chase unpredictable and deadly.
