Games Like Rent Out Together

Rent Out Together is a home renovation and rental game you can play solo or with friends, up to 4 players. Turn run-down, empty homes into places guests will love. How they leave them is up to them.

STRONGER TOGETHER

Every home you buy or rent is a mess: trash on the floors, stains and scribbles on the walls. One of you cleans, one paints, the others place the furniture. When everyone pitches in, the place comes together in no time.

KNOCK DOWN A WALL, BUILD AN ARCH

Choose the paint, the wallpaper, the floors and every piece of furniture, from a wobbly second-hand chair to a luxury sofa.

If you've bought the home and don't like the room layout, grab the sledgehammer, knock that wall down and build a new one wherever you want.

SMILE, SET THE PRICE

Zoom in, find the best angle and take photos for your listing. Then set the price and choose who gets to stay.

Guests step out of the car with their suitcases, settle in and call you when something breaks. Better fix it before they write their review.

ALL KINDS OF GUESTS

Honeymooners, a band on tour, a film crew, an older lady with very high standards, an influencer whose one review can make or break your home. Some guests come back again and again. One remembers your very first studio. One calls you at two in the morning. And there's one you'll never forget, no matter how hard you try.

THEN THEY LEAVE

The floors are a mess, things are broken and the beds need making. The bedroom wall is covered in crayon from end to end. Check-out is at 11. The next guests arrive at 3.

FROM ONE STUDIO TO A WHOLE CITY

First, a tiny studio. Then flats by the sea, houses by the lake, villas on the hill. More than 500 homes to rent or buy from the estate agent in town. Hire cleaners and repairers when you can't keep up, and become the best host in the city.
