Anxiety disorders can cause intense fear, anxiety, and tension that persist for long periods of time and significantly affect daily life. People may experience strong stress in situations such as talking with others, going outside, or worrying about the future, sometimes accompanied by physical symptoms such as heart palpitations, shortness of breath, or trembling.

Depression

Depression can cause persistent feelings of deep sadness and loss of motivation, making everyday life difficult. People may lose interest in things they once enjoyed and experience extreme fatigue, insomnia, or feelings of self-hatred.

Mania

Mania is a state in which mood becomes abnormally elevated, leading to excessive activity and confidence. People may feel they do not need sleep, act impulsively, or become unusually irritable.

Bipolar Disorder

Bipolar disorder is a condition characterized by recurring depressive and manic episodes. There may be periods where a person becomes unable to do anything due to severe depression, followed by periods of elevated mood and excessive activity. These drastic emotional and behavioral changes can greatly affect daily life and relationships.
