Games Like White Fountain

White Fountain is a personal, in-development colony-management sandbox built in Godot.

Begin with a small group of colonists and turn an undeveloped map into a working settlement. Mark resource areas, organize storage, place construction blueprints, and decide whether to issue direct orders or let role-driven colonists select work for themselves.

Build a Working Colony

- Gather wood, stone, crops, ores, and petroleum.

- Construct shelter, storage, workshops, laboratories, power systems, defenses, and colony decorations.

- Queue recipes at workbenches, furnaces, cooking stations, laboratories, and powered production machines.

- Organize hauling and storage with stockpiles, storage boxes, workzones, and configurable producer profiles.

Move From Hand Work to Automation

Progress from manual colony work into electrical production and logistics. Generate and store power, connect production with conveyors and magnetic cranes, and operate automatic workbenches, electric furnaces, petroleum equipment, and synthetic-colonist machinery.

## Prepare for Conflict

Equip colonists with melee and ranged weapons, define Fighter profiles and guard zones, respond to attacks on the home colony, and build automated defenses. Combat proficiency, injuries, medicine, and colony losses remain part of the same persistent simulation.

Explore Beyond the Colony

Reach the third command stage to open the world map. Assemble expedition teams, carry supplies, raid hostile settlements, return with recovered resources, and pursue the current end-of-version objective.

A Personal Work in Progress

White Fountain is an evolving personal project rather than a finished commercial release. The public Playtest contains the current playable colony loop, but balance, presentation, performance, and individual systems may change between builds.

The Playtest is single-player and supports English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, German, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, Japanese, and Korean interface text.
