Sviat and Lyosha live together and struggle to survive in a city where food, medicine, water, and other essential supplies are gradually running out. To obtain the resources they need, they complete government assignments and venture beyond the safety of their shelter on dangerous expeditions.

The gameplay focuses on experiencing the story, following dialogues, and making choices. Throughout the game, you will face difficult decisions that affect how certain events unfold.
