Patients flood in faster than you can say "triage." Sort the dying from the dramatic, run tests, grab the right meds, and pray the defibrillator is charged. Every shift is a beautiful disaster.

From a splinter to a man with a lamp stuck somewhere unfortunate - diagnose, treat, and discharge a parade of increasingly ridiculous patients. No medical degree required or recommended.

BUILD YOUR HOSPITAL

Spend your hard-earned (barely legal) money between shifts: unlock new rooms, better equipment, and bigger hospitals - from a sleepy local clinic to a full-blown emergency department.

HIRE A QUESTIONABLE STAFF

Recruit doctors, nurses, and specialists - each with their own skills and personality problems. A great team makes the chaos manageable. A bad one makes it content.

BETTER WITH FRIENDS

Play solo or drag up to 4 friends into the madness. Online co-op - one player hosts, everyone panics together. Communication is key. Screaming counts as communication.
