Make the mountain your own

Cut runs through the forest, then draw, name and rate your signature trails. Start with a modest surface lift and expand to chairlifts and gondolas. Add terrain parks, race courses and Nordic trails, with skiers and snowboarders using what you build.

Snowmaking, grooming and night skiing open new possibilities. Weather changes the plan, and every new lift needs somewhere worth going.

Build a village with life in it

Grow a warming hut into a destination with rentals, ski school, restaurants, cafés, shops and a skating rink. Watch individual guests ride the lifts, find their next run, take a break and head into the village. Their needs, moods and reviews tell you how the day is going.

Keep the lifts turning and the books balanced

Set prices, hire staff, manage loans and decide what your next winter can afford. Revenue from tickets, rentals, lessons and the village has to cover wages, maintenance, power and snowmaking.
