Games Like Swarmdle

Swarmdle is a survivors-like. You move, your weapons fire on their own, and the screen keeps filling up with enemies.

Descent is the main mode. You pick a character and fight your way down through three areas. Each has its own layout, and the mix of enemies is rerolled every run. Between waves there is a shop where you spend what you collected on new weapons, upgrades and repairs, and enemies keep spawning while you shop.

Most runs end before the bottom. When one does, what you brought back pays for permanent upgrades that apply to every run afterwards, so the next attempt starts stronger than the last.

There are eight characters, each with a different starting weapon, and seven of them unlock as you play. Eight weapons appear only in Descent.

Everyone in the world gets the same daily run: the same starting weapon, the same map, the same two modifiers, the same waves and the same bosses. It lasts twelve minutes. At the end you get a spoiler-free result you can share and compare with anyone else who played that day.

Survive to twelve minutes and you can stop there or carry on in endless mode.

The daily is free in the demo and will stay that way. It is included here as well, with the same records and no second install.
