Games Like Shalvatian - The Witches of Renewal

Welcome to the universe of "The Flesh Unseen", welcome to Shalvatian! This is a first person RPG with a strong focus on story and exploration. It is inspired by the 2000s era of rpgs, so expect the return of some very familiar concepts and methods!

Highlights

The crater is expecting you, prepare yourself...

Shalvatian is a dangerous place full of bandits, outlaws and wild creatures. You have to push yourself to become stronger and well informed. The regions of this world each have a set difficulty, creating natural progression borders. As a stranger in this world, don't expect to have an easy time going wherever you please.

People hide their valuables in the strangest places...

Exploration is a key element to accomplish anything in this world. Stashes, graves, hideouts, behind the waterfall... Loot is waiting. Climb, crouch, swim if you have to... But start early and be thorough.

I haven't been at the beach in years...

Don't let the lush foliage of Shalvatian coerce you into thinking that this is a real paradise. Realism was part of the design. You will find that this is not a colorful fantasy setting but rather a grim, grey and bloodied world. Broken buildings, overgrown ruins... A color palette so pale and selective, it would scare a vampire.

Ignite a light in a dark forest and all the predators will know you are there!

This is a game about devotion and conviction. People who follow their path as if it were destiny. The crater is calling, luring with treasure and grand visions of a better life. What is it? Who made it? What does it want? The society in Shalvatian has devoted their entire lifestyle and culture to uncovering these well guarded secrets... One day you too will understand why.
