HUMAN INTELLIGENCE is a text adventure and psychological horror game set inside the work app of AFTERTYPE SYSTEMS. You have a ten-day contract, five customer assignments a day, and a selection of ready-written replies. Read the request, decide what you are willing to say, and send it under the name SABLE.

At first, the work is ordinary: a birthday card, washed earbuds, a small lie. Then the requests become intrusive. Records contradict their owners. Familiar voices say things they could not know. The next customer still expects an answer.

Pick between two or four authored replies. Customers respond to the words you send, and later conversations can remember your decisions. There are no relationship scores or visible performance gauges. Responsibility is carried by your replies and the events that follow them.

Some messages follow you home

A detail you dismissed at work takes on a different meaning in the local news after your shift. Reread a customer’s account alongside the attached records, and the discrepancies become harder to explain away. You may not know what is happening. The next customer still needs an answer.

Think before you send

Offer reassurance or tell an uncomfortable truth? Decide what to reveal and what to leave unsaid. Revisit the conversation and its documents before choosing your reply. There is no response timer. Adjust the typing effects and text speed to suit how you read.

A finite contract, three outcomes

Complete fifty assignments across ten days and reach one of three contract outcomes. Reopen the completed conversation history before starting a new contract.
