Onmal Playtest 5456700 now uses 0.0.8 Build 26239789 on its Windows default branch. test-0-0-1 retains 0.0.7 Build 26218610. Main app 5060050 remains unreleased. A macOS 15+ universal2 package containing Apple Silicon and Intel binaries has been uploaded, but Mac installation and launch through Steam are not yet offered. Version 0.0.8 passed 2,606 automated regression checks, 368 Swift support checks, and both platform build/package checks. These do not establish actual Windows or Intel Mac execution, audio or model inference, two-PC calls, game FPS or real-time latency. Clean Steam installs, updates, user-data recovery, Mac notarization and Gatekeeper distribution checks have not been verified. Version 0.0.8 includes 31 UI localization files. Of 103 language-selection rows, model mappings cover 83 speech-recognition inputs, 81 translation outputs and 74 rows usable in both directions; the remaining rows are disabled. These counts include regional labels and shared models, not independent dialect models or validated translation quality. Shared bundled voices cover Korean and English, male and female. Mac parity with Windows system voices and speech-rate options remains incomplete. The gallery and first trailer use actual views of the Mac 0.0.8 development app. They do not establish Windows runtime validation or Mac availability through Steam. The first video is a 24-second still-screen guide with Korean synthetic narration, not a live demonstration of interpretation, app audio or calls. 0.0.7 UI update — Build 26218610

Applied to the default and test-0-0-1 branches of Onmal Playtest. Voice-room translation captions now appear in the central interpretation view, and the duplicate caption list in the call window has been removed. In the detailed subtitle settings, choose the position-move option. Hold the left mouse button on the small editing area, drag, then release to save and lock the position. Press Esc to cancel, or use the position-reset option. The highest model quality and local processing path are unchanged. Actual Windows UI and dragging, two-PC calls, game FPS, and real-time latency in the highest mode have not yet been validated. This is not the main product’s full release. This Playtest focuses on basic local Korean/English captions and interpretation, a simple preparation and diagnostics flow, and optional Steam friends, rooms and group voice. Joining a room does not turn on your microphone; voice transmission requires your explicit consent and activation. This update improves audio-output shutdown and resource cleanup after participants join or leave. The highest quality setting keeps large-v3 and the accuracy setting. The existing model pack and default male/female AI voices remain. Required model terms still apply. Current verification limits This Windows build was cross-compiled on a Mac and underwent automated checks. This artifact has not been run on Windows. Calls between 2 PCs, performance with 250 participants and game FPS are unverified. Caption latency, broader language support, live API-key integration and Steam Cloud remain incomplete. This test does not establish that models or recognition/translation accuracy have been fully validated, or that every language is supported.
