About Utaburg

Utaburg is an open-world MMORPG where your gear is your class.

There are no classes to pick and no ability shop to spend points in. Every active skill on your bar comes from the weapon and armor you are wearing. Swap a sword for a warhammer and you have not just changed how you hit — you are playing a different character. Your build is a set of choices, not a menu selection.
Your gear is your class
Six skill slots, filled entirely by what you wear: up to three from your weapon, one each from your shield, helmet and armor.

Most defensive pieces offer a menu instead of a fixed skill. Heavy plate can grant a barrier that absorbs a quarter of your health, or a self-heal, or an escape dash. A shield offers a stun, a wall, a taunt that rips aggro off your party, or a crippling slow. Pick your role in the Character panel — the change is instant, no relog.

Lose a piece to a bad death and you lose its numbers, never your role. Re-equip the same kind of gear, pick the same skill, and you are back in the fight.
Combat with a rhythm, not a rotation

Every swing is telegraphed. An attacker is rooted for the first half of their attack interval — that raised weapon is youthat window and you cancel the blowoutright. Monsters can do the same to you.

Two builders, one finisher.[/bows the same rhythm. Builders bankcombo points and root you as they swing; the finisher spends them all and hits harder for each one.

Fill the bar to 5/5 and yo weapon's ultimate —uninterruptible, once per cooldown. Seven weapons, seven distinct ultimates: a bleeding flurry, an

armor-shredding blur of cuts, a pullat scales with missing health, aseismic slam that strips 30% of a pack's armor for your whole party, a line dash-pierce that runs

three enemies through at once, and a.

Aim it yourself. Hold a directional skill instead of tapping it and a ground arrow

follows your cursor. Release to firestep into a 360° dodge-roll, orthrowing a cone at the pack while locked onto something else.

Server-authoritative, fixed 30resolves the same way for everyone.
Build it your way

Level cap 99. Three stat ptats, with rising costs — spreadingthin is expensive, so commit.
A mastery tree with real tradend every keystone costs yousomething: more crit but weaker non-crits, heal on crit but less max HP, reflect what you block but move slower.

Respec is free and unlimited. Build for the fight in front of you. Keep three named builds and swap between them in one

Monster cards. Every monster in the game drops its own signature card at 0.06% — a genuine trophy. Socket it permanentl to 4 sockets. A humble low-tier base with four sockets can outclass a bare high-tier piece, so hunting good bases is a build goal of its own.
A world that keeps running without you
Arenas are persistent, server-side maps shared by everyone — there are no personal copies.

World bosses fight in phases and enrage below a quarter health. When one dies, it dies for everyone and stays down until itver killed it — you, another player,or a marching faction army.

Because the war is autonomous. Two factions — the Wardens and the Free Companies — grind against each other over territory on schedullation even in empty arenas. Landchanges hands while you are logged out, and a permanent World Chronicle records every raid, capture and regime shift. Whichever faction ets shop prices and market taxfor everyone, members or not.

PvP is off by default. You can only be attacked on contested land — during an active raid, or inside a stronghold's scheduled wo rewards for kills: no XP, no loot,no reputation. The only reason to fight another player is the ground under their feet.
Risk you choose
The world opens outward in rings, and each ring decides what a death costs you. In the Heartlands you keep everything. Step into the Rbackpack. In the Scar it can takeworn pieces off your body.

Your drops do not vanish — they land in a lootable corpse where you fell. You get about a minute ofexclusive access to sprint back and anyone can take them. After five, they are swept away.

Stash what you cannot afford to lose before you go deeper.
Make it, don't buy it

Your maker's mark. Crafted gear carries your name, and it follows the piece through everytrade.

A player market for any item. Listings escrow the goods, stacks sell per unit, and your proceeds are mailed to you — a sale offline.

A homestead nobody else can walk. Twelve beds that ripen on the wall clock while you are logged out, a cow with your own coolt repairs every piece you carry —worn and spare alike — for free. Cook the harvest into food that heals you and stacks timed buffs. It is the cheapest supply line in th with time instead of coin.
You are guided, not abandoned
The Warden's Road accepts its first step the moment you create your character and auto-accepts the next one every time you turn one in.objective and routes you portal byportal across the world if it has to. A mentor's voice teaches each mechanic exactly when it first matters — and remembers, account-widharacter is never re-taught what they already know.

Run as many side quests and bounties in parallel as you like; every kill, harvest and craft credits

all of them at once.
