Pull a string down, feel the tension build under your finger, and let go. The physics does the rest, flinging you up toward the next string. Land, take aim, pull again.

Pull too far and the string snaps. It does not come back, and the gap it leaves will still be there on the way down.

Every string you touch rings out a note, so your climb writes its own music as you go. The whole register lifts an octave for every 1500 meters you gain, which means the higher you get, the brighter the whole thing sounds.

You get one life per run. That sounds harsher than it feels: a climb takes a few minutes, and the next one is a single button away.

Sound you can feel

Every note is made the moment you pluck it, thick strings speak low, thin ones ring high, and the register climbs with you. Chain your launches and it answers with a rising run.

Some strings have plans of their own

A violet string is a rocket, as long as you give it clean air underneath. An ember sets you alight, and the next string will not be able to hold you. A balloon slows the whole world to a drift. A rainbow throws you much further than you meant to go. Strings wear out and tear, too, so the ones you have already spent will not be waiting for you on the way back down.
