Keep the only tavern with a pale hearth alive at the edge of a cursed border, recruit adventurers, prepare their equipment, and follow the clues left by your missing brother.

The backpack is not storage. It is a battle machine. Every Gravefire-touched item responds to position, adjacency, and connection. Arrange weapons, shields, bottles, and tools into combinations that trigger one another. Every slot you commit before departure may decide whether the party makes it home.
