Check the fur, find what's hiding in it, and clear it patch by patch. Some patients sit still and take it. Others flinch at the first touch of the net, and you have to work around that.

The grid here is round, and that changes everything.

Minesweeper logic still applies: the numbers tell you how much danger is nearby. But a round cell has a different number of neighbours, and the instincts you know stop lining up. Every safe click earns a little money. Every mistake leaves the patient with a new condition, and it does not clear itself.

The appointment ends, and the bill arrives. Food, medicine, rent, none of it waits. Whatever you earned on the grid mostly goes toward making it to tomorrow.

Whatever is left over buys upgrades, six slots' worth. Survival keeps you standing. Active abilities pull you out of a hopeless board. Income adds to every click. Tactics show you more before you take the risk.

Six slots is not enough for everything, so every run you build a different vet, shaped by whatever patients and grid you get.

The days keep coming, the grid keeps growing, the bills keep climbing. Sooner or later a day arrives you cannot pull off. That is when a new run starts, with a different shelter and a different toolkit.
