Civilization is gone, but the world is not empty.

In Lesion, you and your friends enter a large, high-fidelity open world filled with abandoned towns, dense urban districts, rural communities, wilderness, industrial sites, military locations, ruined infrastructure, and places where the infection has physically taken hold.

Every trip outside safety is a choice. Do you stop at the pharmacy for medicine? Push farther into a police station for ammunition? Risk the military checkpoint for better weapons? Take the long road around an infested town, or drive straight through before the infected can close in?

You are not following a fixed path through the apocalypse. You are surviving inside it.

Explore. Scavenge. Improve.

Search homes, businesses, emergency facilities, industrial sites, abandoned vehicles, camps, and forgotten corners of the world for the resources you need to stay alive.

Weapons, ammunition, medical supplies, tools, food, vehicle resources, equipment, and rare loot should change what you are capable of doing—not simply fill an inventory with bigger numbers.

Better gear lets you take greater risks. Greater risks lead to better rewards. And every successful run gives you another reason to push farther into territory you were not ready to enter before.

The Infected Are Lethal

The infected in Lesion are not passive targets scattered around the map. They are fast, aggressive, dangerous, and capable of turning a quiet scavenging run into a desperate escape in seconds.

A few infected in the wrong place can overwhelm an unprepared survivor. Noise can escalate an encounter. Large groups can force even well-equipped players to retreat, reposition, use vehicles, find elevation, create a chokepoint, or rely on teammates to survive.

Equipment improves your odds. It should never make the infected irrelevant.

Hunt the Lesions

The infection is more than a population of zombies. It is physically colonizing the world.

Across the map, biological Lesions sustain heavily infected territory. Their influence changes the environment, increases infected pressure, and makes surrounding locations significantly more dangerous.

Find the source. Prepare for the assault. Enter the infected zone. Destroy the Lesion. Survive what comes next.

Clearing a Lesion can make travel safer, reduce local infected pressure, expose valuable locations, open new routes, and create opportunities to establish a foothold in territory that was previously too dangerous to hold.

You are not only surviving the apocalypse. You are taking the world back.

Survive Together

Lesion is designed around multiplayer co-op as a first-class experience.

Travel together or divide responsibilities. Cover different entrances. Share ammunition. Rescue a teammate who gets isolated. Load a vehicle for a long expedition. Defend a safe location. Coordinate an assault on a heavily infected zone.

The best survival stories should emerge naturally from what happens between players and the world—not only from scripted missions.

Build Safety in an Unsafe World

Turn useful locations into safe houses and bases. Store equipment, organize supplies, prepare vehicles, improve your ability to survive, and establish a network of places that let you operate deeper inside hostile territory.

A good base is not the end of exploration. It is what makes the next expedition possible.

Travel the World

Vehicles change the scale of survival. Use them to move people and supplies, reach distant locations, escape dangerous encounters, and connect the safe territory you establish across the map.

But a vehicle is also a resource. Fuel, condition, noise, cargo, and where you choose to leave it can all affect whether it saves you—or strands you somewhere you should never have stopped.

Reclaim What Remains

The long-term goal of Lesion is not simply to accumulate supplies inside an apocalypse that never changes.

Explore farther. Improve your equipment. Establish safe locations. Destroy Lesions. Reduce infected control. Reclaim routes and communities. Reach places that were once impossible to survive.
