Dungeon Flow is a vertical idle dungeon crawler built around continuous progression, automatic combat, character building, and loot.

Take control of Blackstep, a dark rogue descending through the Forgotten Crypts. Blackstep moves and fights on their own while you decide how the run evolves: choose upgrades, equip new gear, refine your build, and prepare for increasingly dangerous encounters.

BUILD YOUR BLACKSTEP

Weapons, armor, accessories, affixes, and character upgrades shape how Blackstep performs in combat.

Equip a Main Hand and Off Hand weapon, build around offense, survivability or utility, and experiment with a full equipment loadout designed to support different playstyles.

Loot is more than a bigger number. Item level, rarity, affixes, origin and equipment choices combine to create increasingly specialized builds as you descend.

A DUNGEON THAT KEEPS MOVING

Dungeon Flow is designed around a narrow vertical dungeon that continuously advances while you play.

Travel through dungeon segments, encounter enemies emerging from different directions, survive ranged attackers and guarded formations, defeat elite enemies, break through gates and push toward deeper parts of the biome.

The dungeon may keep moving, but progression is not mindless. Your build determines how far Blackstep can survive.

AUTOMATIC COMBAT, MEANINGFUL DECISIONS

Blackstep attacks automatically.

Your job is everything around the attack.

Choose upgrades. Manage equipment. Balance damage and survival. Adapt to new enemy compositions. Decide which items deserve a place in your build.

Different enemy roles, elite encounters and bosses are designed to test different strengths and weaknesses rather than simply increasing health values.

EXPLORE THE FORGOTTEN CRYPTS

The Forgotten Crypts are the first major dungeon biome: an ancient burial complex filled with ruined masonry, sealed passages, undead inhabitants and increasingly dangerous depths.

Fight creatures such as Cave Gnawers, Skeleton Grunts, Gravebow Archers, Crypt Acolytes and heavily protected Boneshield Warders, with elite threats waiting deeper below.

LOOT, EQUIP, CUSTOMIZE

Build Blackstep through a broad equipment system featuring:

Collect equipment, compare possibilities, develop specialized builds and eventually trade valuable items as the wider Dungeon Flow economy develops.

PUSH DEEPER

Each completed encounter moves the dungeon forward.

New segments introduce tougher compositions, elite encounters, minibosses, gates and eventually biome bosses. Revisit completed areas, strengthen your character, search for better equipment and return to the frontier prepared for what waits below.
