IRON NOMAD is a single-player 3D action roguelite in which you drive a moving fortress. Absorb small buildings and resources, gain experience, and expand your walls and machinery. The weapons and upgrades you choose during an expedition change your fortress’s fighting style and appearance.

Automatic fire. Your command.

Your weapons attack automatically. Steer out of encirclements, boost through danger, charge a shockwave to interrupt enemies, and mark targets to concentrate fire. Detonate red powder kegs to catch enemy groups in chain explosions. Combine cannons, flame and lightning weapons, then deploy a charged barrage or aircraft support when the moment is right.

Grow your fortress. Read your enemies.

Evolve from a Scout Fortress into a Steel Bastion, Siege Fortress and Crown Citadel. Build up armor and armaments to face enemy commanders and siege giants. Break a giant’s leg armor and focus fire on its exposed core, while watching attack warnings and choosing your openings.

Prepare for the next departure.

Spend Scrap and expedition rewards in the workshop. Combine research, castle skills, companions and relics before your next operation. Progress through an expedition map with different regions and mission conditions. Progress and settings are saved locally on your computer.
