Last Civilization: Inherited Flame is a settlement survival simulation about building a small village around the final fire, then carrying its records and memories into the next civilization.

By day, gather wood, stone, and food. Build homes, farms, workshops, and defenses. Each resident has a role, hunger, stamina, and daily work, so the village changes through labor, transport, building use, damage, repair, and rebuilding.

At night, Shadows press in from beyond the firelight. Prepare fences and gates, assign the night watch, and keep the flame burning. Damage from attacks, resource shortages, and hard choices carry into the next morning.

Even if a village falls, everything is not lost. Preserve its records, inherit the memories of its people, and push the next settlement beyond the night that stopped the last one.

Roadmap Toward the Full Release

For the full release, we plan to build on the demo's settlement management, night defense, and record-and-inheritance loop, expanding it into an experience where villages and residents leave a deeper history behind.
