Some time later, Pheles encounters two knights who harbor a grudge against God.

However, the knights suffer from extreme indecisiveness, leaving them unable to make decisions on their own.

Pheles makes their decisions for them and leads them into battle against God and the angels.

Pheles Rebirth is a turn-based RPG where you lead two knights into battle.

Based on the Strategy you set beforehand, the knights randomly suggest what they should do next.

Choose the most suitable Suggestion from those presented and put it into action.

Both your party and the enemy can act three times per turn. Predicting the enemy's actions and deciding what to do next is key to victory.

Attack? Defend? Inflict a status ailment? Set up for a powerful effect?

Your choice of Suggestion can drastically change the course of battle.

■ Turn the Tide with "Unleashed Thoughts"

Unleashed Thoughts are powerful effects that activate when specific conditions are met during battle.

For example:

Each Unleashed Thought has its own activation condition.

Pay attention to these conditions and you can unleash powerful effects capable of completely turning the tide of battle.

Deciding which Unleashed Thoughts to trigger—and building your skills and abilities around them—is an important part of your strategy.

■ Expanding and Diversifying Your Strategies

Around 200 different goals are available, and completing them unlocks new skills, abilities, and Unleashed Thoughts.

Combine the unique abilities of both knights with Unleashed Thoughts to find the ideal Strategy for each enemy and battle.
