The Return of Illunes is a text-driven, hardcore turn-based roguelike RPG. Pick a class and subclass at your base, recruit companions into a party of up to four, and descend into the dungeon. At every fork you choose a node — battle, elite, shop, rest, trader or adventure event — going deeper until a boss blocks the floor. When you fall, the run ends, but relics, class unlocks and permanent upgrades carry into the next one. The on-device AI writes the story, the dialogue, the lore of your loot, and the verdict on any action you type in yourself. Every run brings its own synergies, oaths, world mutations and subclasses, and the gear and skills that drop carry names and lore written on the spot. The combinations are effectively endless, so no two runs ever repeat.

A full language model ships inside the game and runs only on your PC. No internet, no servers, no subscription, no token fees. Every feature works on a plane. The AI writes each run's story and content on the spot. Go down the same dungeon twice and you will never get the same run.

If it isn't on the menu, write it. "Cut the chandelier loose." "Set the cobwebs on fire with the torch." The AI judges your action as ordinary, clever or game-changing, narrates the result, and the verdict changes the actual outcome of the fight. Sometimes ingenuity beats the numbers.
