Solo challenge runs let you start a fresh city while building permanent reputation, rank upgrades, milestones, and prestige rewards across your career. Before a run begins, opt into challenge modifiers that make the streets harder in exchange for more reputation experience. No healing. Relentless heat. Less crew. No business income. Timed events keep the map moving and force hard choices. Intercept a Rival Convoy, survive a Police Surge, clear a Civilian Uprising, seize a Black Market, exploit a Gang Truce, or use an Informant Tip to find the rival block that matters most. Cash, respect, heat, and territory all pull your attention in different directions.

The Ninth Precinct is the city's police-held endgame block. It is visible from the start, but it will not fall to an underprepared crew. Reach the Kingpin rank, bring a large healthy gang, surround the station, and put its garrison down before you can take the block. When the precinct changes hands, the badges are off the streets — and the city is yours.
