Venture beyond the village

Earth is gone. Humanity's survivors have built a new home on Avalon, believing they have finally found safety. As Mace, you must leave the village behind and discover what lies beyond it — and what threatens the people you call home.

Meet Avalon's inhabitants, take on their quests and face the creatures standing in your path. Explore, experiment and piece things together for yourself: this is an adventure for players who enjoy finding their own answers.

Discover a classic, whether you were there or not

First released for DOS in 1998, Avalon returns 28 years later, recreated by its original developers. Legacy Edition preserves the original's atmosphere and old-school challenge while bringing the adventure to modern systems. No knowledge of the original is needed.

Look out for secrets and nods to classic games, films and books. There is even a whole game to discover: the complete original 1998 DOS version is hidden inside the adventure. Can you find it?
