Command a campaign, not just a battle

Hold Morale is a turn-based tactics roguelite. Every campaign takes you across a branching war map: pitched battles, elite fights, rest camps, mysterious encounters, a black market — and a boss at the end of the road. Your choices on the map decide which battles you fight and what you carry into them.

Morale is your lifeline

Every unit you lose costs morale, and heavier units cost more. Lose a battle and you can try again — as long as your troops still believe in you. When morale hits zero, the campaign is over.

Retrofit kits and synergies

Outfit your units at the arsenal with five retrofit kits: Steel Core, Incendiary Charge, EMP, Reactive Armor and Turbo Drive. Two kits on one unit create one of ten synergies. A third slot unlocks ten triple synergies that break the rules — push enemies into the sea, strike twice after a kill, or stun your target for certain. And a unit carrying three kits survives its first death.
